Elementary Programs of Choice Application for 2026/2027 Kindergarten Students

This form is intended for children who are eligible to begin Kindergarten in September 2026. Children must be 5 years old by December 31, 2026.

All families interested in registering their child into an Elementary Program of Choice must complete this online application. This includes families that have older children currently in any Program of Choice.

Our Elementary Programs of Choice application for new kindergarten students is based on space and availability. Where space is limited, placement will be given by program priority and random draw.
